I think what Bill means is that he wants to play online p0ker. He looks like a Boy Scout, but he has a terrible, dark secret: The world of online p()ker. The lure of which is strong. And this picture reminds him of what Sarah would do to him if she found out: Drag his sorry ass around on a leash.
